But its a challenge we don't shy away from at Crave. By using as many locally sourced ingredients and resources as possible, we cut down on fossil fuel based shipping, unnecessary plastic packaging, and the mass production of GMO foods. In a world with a growing collective consciousness about the health and well being of the earth and it's inhabitants, more avenues are starting to appear that can help change the way the food industry operates.
